What Is The Best Core Exercise?

Vote & see how others have answered "What Is The Best Core Exercise?". Tell us what is your single favorite exercise for improving your core strength. Is it Planks? Crunches? Sit-ups? Something more exotic? As you know, a strong core is important for martial arts training in order to better absorb hits (i.e. a punch to the stomach) and to generate strong rotational power for more powerful kicks and punches.

You can find the instructions for all of these core exercises (i.e. Bird Dogs, Wood Chops and Bicycle Crunches) in our Core Exercises section. For other martial arts questions & issues, visit the main Martial Arts Polls section.
