Wiki "Needs" - Areas Where We Need Your Help!

There is tons of great information on this martial arts wiki. However, Black Belt Wiki can always be improved! Below are key areas that need some additional information or instructions. Become a member if you want to help others and can help supply some of this missing information.

Top Priorities

Improve existing pages

  1. Adding details to existing pages. Add historical facts to martial arts style pages, technique instructions, etc.

Add written step-by-step instructions

  1. Please help with written step-by-step instructions for high-level WTF Taekwondo forms. We have videos for this section already. Written instructions for color belt forms and Koryo are already completed.
  2. Please help with written step-by-step instructions for most of the Goju-Ryu katas. We have videos for this section already.
  3. Please help with written step-by-step instructions for Tekki Shodan and above on the Shotokan Karate katas section. We have videos for this section already. Written instructions for Taikyoku and Heian katas are already completed.
  4. Please help with written instructions for exercises listed on the strength training, conditioning and stretching sections. We have videos for this section already.
  5. Please help with written step-by-step instructions for Pinan and above on the Kyokushin katas section. We have videos for this section already. Written instructions for Taikyoku katas are already completed.

Add any missing techniques and martial arts equipment

  1. Please add missing traditional martial arts weapons.
  2. Please add missing submissions and counters to the grappling section.
  3. Please add Muay Thai techniques.
  4. There are hundreds of different Kung Fu styles. Please add more to the Chinese martial arts section.
