Wing Chun Technique - Lap Sau (Grabbing Hand)
This section examines the Wing Chun technique known as Lap Sau (Lap Sao). It is also known as the Grabbing Hand (or Pulling Hand) technique. This technique allows you to grab an opponent's arm in order to deflect a potential attack or to pull him offline and/or disrupt his balance.
