Wrist Curls for Martial Arts Punching & Grappling Strength

This page will teach you how to do "Wrist Curls". This strength training exercise will improve your martial arts punching power and grappling strength. A wrist curl works on your forearm, wrist and hand strength. This exercise is also known as Finger Curls. A similar exercise is the reverse wrist curl.
