Instructions for Warrior 2 Pose - Yoga for Martial Arts Flexibility

This page provides details for Warrior 2 Pose. This Yoga exercise is used by martial arts students in order to strengthen their legs and stretch their groin, shoulders, etc. This pose is usually seen as a beginner Yoga exercise. The Warrior 2 Pose is also known as Virabhadra 2 Pose.

All stretches and exercises should be supervised by a trained instructor in order to prevent injuries and to ensure the proper technique is utilized.
