Aikido Technique – Ryotetori Shiho Nage (Double Wrist Grab Defense)
This page provides students with instructions for the Aikido Ryotetori Shiho Nage technique. This technique is also known as Ryotetori Shihonage and Ryote-Dori Shihonage. This Aikido technique is a defense against an opponent who is holding both of your wrists.
