Broad Jumps – Plyometrics Exercise

This page will teach you how to do Broad Jumps or Plyo Broad Jumps. This plyometrics exercise will improve your leg strength and thus will help you to generate stronger martial arts kicks.

From a standing position, you should try to jump as far forward as you can. Keep jumping until you reach the other side of the dojo! This tough plyometrics workout will also help your conditioning.
