Doorframe Hamstring Stretch – Instructions & Videos

This page provides details for the Doorframe Hamstring Stretch. This stretch is used by athletes in order to stretch their hamstrings and to achieve higher kicks (i.e. higher axe kicks). The doorframe hamstring stretch is also used by some martial artists to reduce the potential for a pulled hamstring (which is a very common martial arts injury). This stretch uses the doorframe to provide a deeper stretch.
