Jumping Knee Strike – Martial Arts Technique

This page provides details on the Jumping Knee Strike. This technique is used to strike high target such as an attacker’s head. The Flying Knee Strike is very similar to the Jumping Knee Strike but flying version includes a run before the jump in order to gain power and height.
