Frog Pose – Yoga for Martial Arts Flexibility

This page provides details for the Frog Pose. This Yoga exercise is used by martial arts students in order to improve their flexibility and stretch their groin, inner thighs and hips. Many martial artists use Yoga in order to achieve higher kicks, reduce potential muscle pulls, etc.
